Why is another border patrol agent being charged with a crime?
Q. I am having a very hard time with why we even have border patrol's they either get locked up or relieved from there post on the border because they are doing their job's. I do not think that our government should be allowing the mexican government to cry wolf over those who are trying to get into the US illeaglly. Maybe it has something to do with alberto gonzales and the bush family, who knows but this is not the solution to the border problem in my book. Let the agents do their job, if they try to cross illeagally then they face what they have coming to them, these illeagals are like a pack of wild dogs and need to be dealt with. Target practice on them would send a hard line message to them and that is what should be done. Look at… [cont.]

where do start if I want to marry a man from Mexico who was caught by border patrol and ordered to not return?
Q. to the united states for 10 years?? He lived here for 4 years prior to the two of us going back to his hometown for christmas 2 years ago. Yes illegally however he has never been in trouble for anything, ever. Is it possible for me to marry and him coming back to me?? Sometime in the near future or ever even??? move to Mexico forever? Or could I marry him in Mexico and that will begin my process?? how do I get him here if I was to get pregnant? does he need to be here for the birth?? And if he did get back here illeagly and we had a baby and i begin to try making him legal will he or myself be punished for him being here again illegally? how much would this cost approximately

A. I've been sponsoring my husband through the immigration process for years. I recommend that you wait for the 10 years for him to come back. He can then apply for a Fiance Visa to come into the states to marry you. After you're married he can change his status and get a conditional green card. Once you're married for 2 years you can get the condition removed and he has a green card. Three years from when he gets the conditional green card he can apply for citizenship. It's a long process, and he's already at a disadvantage because of being caught. Sorry to tell you but that is being in serious trouble as far as US CIS is concerned. As far as cost, every stage of the process requires at least one form... and every form has a filing fee.… [cont.]

How many have read this article about out Border Patrol Agents who have been ambushed by illegal lovers?
Q. Please at least cruise the article before commenting about this travisty... Thank you, Patriotic Americans, for your answers. All illegals, please leave the country. Do not answer my questions unless you are a citizen of the United States. I am not interested in any feedback from people who are breaking our laws. Thank You...

A. OK, I read your article and reread your question. The first time I thought you were saying that a pair of lovers, who were here illegally, had ambushed some border patrol agents. OK, I'm awake now... I read the main article before (the link within the story) and have signed a petition on behalf of the border patrol agents. I think this is ridiculous and the entire handling of it really makes you wonder whose welfare they are trying to protect.
