Is the best way to get a green card to apply for the DV lottery?
Q. I came across a web site (www.usadiversitylottery. com) that in great detail explains about the Diversity Visa Green Card Lottery program and wondered if any one has had any luck in this lottery?

A. If you win it is the best way. But it's not the easiest. As mentioned previously, your chances of actually winning are very low.
