What safe products can I use to get rid of carpet beetles and prevent them from coming in my home?
Q. I don't want to use moth balls or harmful products in my home since I babysit children. So what are the effective ways to get rid of them safely and prevent them from coming in my home?

A. they are as common as house flies so not really a good way of keeping them out...maybe never bring in fresh flowers. The adult beetles feed off of pollen and it is not unusual for me to find them down in the flowers in people's homes. Routinely clean what ever the larva may feed off of. Professionally clean oriental rugs and tapestries every couple of years, properly clean woolens and other clothing that may attract them, then once clean store in air tight containers...zipper bags and totes that the handles act as a lock for the lids are not air tight. Empty the closets where you store woolens and such and thoroughly clean corners and under shelving, then use a residual product in the corners and on the baseboards.

What products can i use to make my hair moisturized on a budget?
Q. I don't want to spend a million dollars on hair products... So does anyone know what hair products replenish or moisturize your hair? But a little on the cheap side?

A. umm any hair products that contain almond or coconut oil are very moisturizing. but most local chemist or drug stores sell good prices shapoo's conditioners and deep conditioning treatments/hair masks. most hair care ranges will have a specific shampoo and conditioner for dry damaged hair. but when my hair is feeling less than friendly i usually wash it, condition it, then rinse that (all shampoo and conditioner for dry hair type) then towel fry it then i put on a load of coconut conditioner (only costs me 97p!) really smother my hair then i wrap it in cling film to eep the heat in and then wrap on top of that a towel. the longer you leave it the better (over night if your a deep/good sleeper!) but and half an hour to and hour if your… [cont.]
